The entire intervention would represent an environmental redevelopment of the oldest part of Piediripa, the Molino was already present in the Gregorian cadastre of 1870, but above all it is a reappropriation of a place now abandoned and degraded for years, "a black hole" in the heart of the city by Piediripa. The entire area is subject to a unitary intervention aimed at the general enhancement of the complex in order to identify the area as a center of hospitality excellence; the project involves the change of intended use from an abandoned production facility to activities of common interest, such as accommodation, catering and congress. The transformation takes place through the renovation and expansion of the Molino building and the Manor House, intended for accommodation, the demolition and subsequent reconstruction with expansion of the Guardian's House and the Warehouse, intended for conference center and restaurant.
